Since 1955, Junior Achievement students in Canada have participated in our experiential learning programs to discover free enterprise, understand business and economics and develop their entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Another of JA’s cornerstone programs is the recognition of excellence and leadership in business through its London Business Hall of Fame Awards. This year marked the most successful turnout ever with over 1,000 guests in attendance. The evening celebrated the achievements of this year’s Laureates, Sheldon Aaron, President and CEO of Aaron Construction Limited, Lamplighter Inns (London) Limited and Command Services (London) Limited, and Donald McDougall, President of Rambri Management Inc., two exceptional role models and distinguished business leaders. Angela Abdallah, Manager – Corporate Communications and Government Affairs of Amway Global is the Alumni Award of Achievement recipient. This signature gala event showcases the lives of the Inductees allowing us to learn about their achievements and how they have developed and nurtured their legacies. The 2009 London Business Hall of Fame Inductees have joined a distinguished list of previous Laureates whose portraits are showcased in the London Business Hall of Fame Gallery located in the London Public Library, downtown London.
