We have been fortunate to build some enviable relationships. Relationships that harness vision and experience to achieve measurable goals in the ever-changing dynamic of audience and marketplace.

As we grow with our client-partners, we embrace the knowledge and values they bring to the table, and in exchange we are provided the latitude to deliver relevant, multi-dimensional communication solutions that generate awareness and recognition, and most importantly – brand resonance. The following introduces the core team members at the heart of our relationships.

Kristen Sinclair

Design/Art Direction and Project Management, 13 years experience.

pk_Aug10 Kristen wears many hats at Seed but her primary responsibilities are as an Art Director and Project Manager. Her experience has included the frenetic atmosphere of large agencies, the entrepreneurial challenge of design boutiques and the complexity of a medical industry in-house design team. These opportunities have allowed her not only to hone her skills as a designer, but to appreciate the business necessities behind the artwork and deliver solutions that are not only aesthetically appropriate, but strategically sound. Kristen volunteers for several not-for-profit agencies and is currently serving in a Board liaison position for the International Association of Business Communicators. kristen@seedcreative.ca

Jeff Lincoln

Design/Art Direction and Project Management, 15 years experience.

After Conestoga College Jeff and his exceptional illustration capabilities joined the industry at a boutique design shop. As a small operation with an adventurous spirit, it provided him an opportunity for growing a diverse skill set for a broad range of clients. Jeff’s solid understanding of the design and production process — coupled with his ability to turn any napkin into auctionable art — make him a go-to player on the team. His career of nearly 15 years is punctuated by several awards on the local and regional levels working for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Stihl, Mufflerman, 3M, The Bean Board of Ontario, United Way, London Life and Trojan Technologies to name a few. Having left a larger agency to exercise his entrepreneurial muscles with Seed, Jeff brings a wealth of experience, talent and a fresh perspective to an eclectic, innovative and inspired team. jeff@seedcreative.ca

Jeff Eaves

Relationship Builder, Business Catalyst, 25 years experience.

As the latest addition to Seed Jeff brings a wealth of experience in creative sales and marketing. His career had been diverse and successful in many capacities including art production, exporting with U.S. leading corporations like Pulte Homes and manufacturing before planting his feet firmly in horticultural marketing. Initially playing a key role with a start-up, he moved shortly after to U.S. based Jolly Gardener followed by Scotts-Miracle Gro. As a horticultural insider he has built great relationships serving some of North America’s largest companies like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire and TSC Stores. Jeff is adept at everything from analyzing North American market trends and championing brand position to understanding the complexities of major manufacturing supply chains. He’s also a pretty good guy and claims he’s a wicked bass player. jeaves@seedcreative.ca

‘Pencey

Team therapist, 2 years experience.

sc Pet therapy is widely accepted as a great stress reliever (unless you’re in a nursing home with a psychic cat that predicts death). When it all gets a little stressful and people are running on the edge it’s nice to sit on the floor for a little unconditional love from Spencer, or ‘Pencey as he’s known around the office. spencer@seedcreative.ca
