Immersive research. National-calibre talent. Intuition and understanding. The tools we bring to every client in recomending the best course of action towards measurable results. Together we develop integrated communication solutions that strengthen the brand with effective positioning, value and integrity in every interaction.
Started in 2002 as a small overflow service to larger agencies, Seed launched in 2005 as a full-time, full-service entity. Today we’re comprised of four senior level communication professionals who each excel in their respective disciplines, supported by a network of preferred affiliates that enhance our service offering. Operating with a primarily regional client base our creative, committed-to-the-task, strategic thinkers help grow brands every day. Conceptual, design, writing, strategic problem solving, web and interactive — a comfortable range of services. Our mission is service and our reputation is built on delivering on that promise. While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do place great importance and intense focus on the trust provided to us while working with a client’s brand.

B2B
A wide range of professional organizations have worked with Seed to communicate effectively with their peers.
 |
We think business-to-business is one of our specialties. Many firms like Seed employ creativity and style in tone and messaging but miss the mark with inappropriate recommendations on everything from positioning to typography to media choices. We don’t pretend to be the absolute authority on all things brand, but a look at our track record will tell you we have the experience to work with business to build the right communication strategy and bring it to market appropriately and effectively. |

B2C
Seed has extensive experience assisting business in reaching a wide variety of consumer demographics.
 |
Talking to the overstimulated consumer in the world we live in has become more complicated than ever with the shift in traditional marketing channels. When less than 1% of people 18-24 turn to magazines for information and YouTube now being larger than all traditional television combined, we see
the changes affecting how companies spend and how the market responds. We have had the privilege of working with a number of retail organizations, regionally and nationally, that understand the value of brand interaction and allegiance. |

Manufacturing
Some interesting experience in industry, health care and automotive product promotion.
 |
Our experience in this sector began with marketing collateral and soon after moved into packaging and corporate video work. We don’t conduct a vast amount of business in the category, but like all other projects we began each with a solid understanding of the client, it’s product and marketshare and medium-term objectives. While most of our experience was as brand stewards, some tasks included packaging new product for German-based Micronair vehicle cabin air filters, a series of holistic shampoo and bath spa products and advertising and collateral for Trojan Technologie’s UV water filtration systems. |

Institutional
Several Colleges, Universities and Business Schools have helped educate our team along the way.
 |
In a region like Southwestern Ontario it would be very difficult not to have educational clients in your portfolio. We have been blessed with the opportunity to assist several of the region’s finest institutions. Ivey, UWO, Fanshawe College and recently we were asked to participate on a short list from Laurier University and are in talks with Collége Boreal as we speak. The result? A far greater awareness of higher learning and the academic mindset, and how to build programs that serve a very public forum. One of our most satisfying projects of the previous year has been the Network for Business Sustainability: a small entrepreneurial mindset with a mission to bring business and research together. Intriguing stuff! |

Health Care
Rouge Valley, LHSC & Foundation, South West LHIN, LIHC: all healthy outcomes through collaboration with Seed.
 |
Seed is no stranger to working in the health care sector. We have a long track record with providers and agencies at every level including the Ontario government’s South West Local Health Integration Network that manages a budget of $1.9 billion distributing funding to all other health care agencies in the region. Annual Reports for hospital systems in London and Ajax-Pickering, brand implementation and communication support for London InterCommunity Health Centre as well as five years of Case and fundraising communications for the London Health Sciences Foundation have helped us understand these structures and their processes. |

Arts & Entertainment
We’ve worked on some great experiences from live theatre to art museums to special event concerts.
 |
It’s been said that the most challenging client you’ll ever work with is a publicly funded arts organization. They operate in a unique fashion for certain — driven by grants and philanthropy — but they also understand our business better than most left-brain based entities, and as such provide quality opportunities to work in their world for a while. We’ve handled London’s Grand Theatre for five years, worked on Lorne Michael’s (SNL) Burly Bear Network deliverables and most recently provided support to Museum London. One of our more enjoyable special events was staging a series of outdoor concerts for City Centre, but at the heart of each of these endeavours is the common thread of people, arts and performances. |
